◆This app allows you to open a regular savings account and a foreign currency savings account (US dollars only).

*Accounts are Web accounts (passbook-less accounts) and seal-less accounts.

◆The following conditions must all be met to be eligible:

・Generally, individuals aged 15 or older (excluding junior high school students) who do not currently have a regular savings account with Yokohama Bank.

・Japanese nationals who live or work (or attend school) near a Yokohama Bank branch.

・Must possess a driver's license or My Number Card.

*Driver's licenses and My Number Cards that are expired, have incomplete address/name change procedures, or are otherwise invalid as identification documents will not be accepted.

*Applications for business transactions or accounts under a trade name are not accepted.

*Foreign nationals are not eligible to apply.

◆Account opening may be refused at the bank's discretion.

If account opening is unsuccessful, we will contact you at the email address you provided during application.

◆Account opening is generally available at branches near your home or workplace.

*If there are no branches near your home or workplace, you cannot use this service.

◆After completing your application, your account will be opened as early as the next business day, and your account number will be notified via the app screen or push notification.

You will also receive your Yokohama Bank Card in approximately 2-3 weeks (approximately 1-2 weeks for cash cards).

*Applications for Yokohama Bank Cards are subject to our bank's standard screening process. If your application is not approved, a cash card will be issued instead.

*Account opening may take longer depending on the application status.

*Applications for Bank Card Loans are subject to our bank's standard screening process. Your application may not be approved depending on the screening results.

* Loan Limit: ¥500,000, Interest Rate: 13.6%

* From the final loan date, the shortest repayment period is the same day, and the longest is 6 years and 4 months.

*This product does not require full repayment within 60 days.

◆Smartphone devices with Android OS 9.0 or later

◆Support for devices with Android OS below 9.0 has ended; please update your OS.

*Operation has only been confirmed for devices released by docomo, au, and SoftBank.

*Even when using the above environment, the app may not function correctly depending on the settings of some models/devices, such as Rakuraku Phone. If it does not function correctly, please try reinstalling it.

◆Please use this app after reviewing and agreeing to the bank's regulations and the following important notes.

◆This app is free to use. However, separate communication charges will apply for using and downloading the app, and these charges will be borne by the customer (including additional communication charges incurred during version upgrades or for reconfiguration due to the app not functioning correctly).

◆When using this app, you will set an "App Authentication Number (any number of 4-8 digits)" to authenticate you. Please manage your App Authentication Number carefully at your own responsibility to prevent it from being known or stolen by third parties.

◆The period for which you can inquire about deposit and withdrawal details in this app is up to 10 years for Web accounts (passbook-less accounts) and up to 6 months for passbook accounts. However, if the number of transaction details exceeds 1,000, only the most recent 1,000 details can be viewed.

*Transaction details prior to the initial registration date or the date the service account was added for Hamagin MyDirect (Internet Banking), and transaction details prior to September 2019, cannot be viewed.

*If you did not have a Hamagin MyDirect (Internet Banking) contract when registering for Hamagin 365, you can view transaction details from the 1st of the month two months prior to the inquiry date.

*For purpose deposit accounts and card loan accounts, transaction details from the 1st of the month two months prior to the inquiry date can be viewed.

*Notes entered in transaction details will be deleted after the inquiry period has expired.

*Push notifications are not real-time, so there may be a time lag. Please be sure to check the latest transaction details on the account details screen of this app.

*To prevent your smartphone with this app installed from being infected with computer viruses or malicious programs, we recommend taking security measures such as installing security software and keeping your OS and browser up to date.
