Base is a platform that offers achievable routines for everyone, along with an incredible community that supports you every day. Where you can connect with people, who, like you, seek to achieve their best version.

At Base, you will always have someone by your side, guiding you and doing the routines with you to motivate you at all times. We want you to lose your fear of exercise, to realize that this is for everyone and that you don't need to do it alone.

You can find routines from 5 minutes to 60. Arm routines, buttocks, abs, full body, etc. Routines with equipment and without equipment. It simply adapts to what YOU NEED, so you can grow at your own pace, no matter where you are.
