RS UII presents a breakthrough in ease of innovation in one hand, namely RSUII Mobile Applications (RIMO). The main features of RIMO make it easy for Healthy People to make an appointment with a doctor, get a booking code and queue number for the Polyclinic at once, and be able to find out the queue number that has been going on at the Polyclinic in real time.

RIMO can be used for patients covered by personal or insurance or company guarantees.

Easily use RIMO's features:

Download RIMO on Google Playstore.

Fill in the Medical Record Number (RM), Full Name, Date of Birth, and enter the One Time Password (OTP) code after Healthy People get Whatsapp.

When making an appointment, select the Polyclinic and Doctor to be visited

If using insurance / company guarantee click on the column provided and press register.

If using personal guarantee, immediately press list.

After Healthy People has made an appointment, they will get a queue number and booking code that will be used when Healthy People re-register at UII Hospital according to the day of the Healthy People agreement with the Doctor on that day.
