KhelBahi Sport Academy Manager

KhelBahi is a record keeping app for sports academies, coaching centres and clubs. It keeps your students, their fees, their attendance and their receipts in one place on your phone, so you are not running an academy out of a notebook and a chat thread.

It works offline. Everything is stored on your phone, and you can back it up to

your own Google Drive whenever you want.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Students

Add each student with their phone number, sport, batch and monthly fee. Search by name, phone or seat number. Mark students active or inactive.

Multiple sports

Set up the sports you teach, each with its own fee. A student can be enrolled in more than one, and the fees are tracked separately.

Batches

Group students into morning, evening or any batch you run, and filter by batch.

Monthly fees

The app works out what each student owes and when. Pending fees are listed withthe month they belong to and the date they are due. Record a full payment or a part payment.

Payments

Three tabs: what is pending, what has been received, and a per student view. See the total pending across your academy on the dashboard.

Fee reminders

Send a reminder on WhatsApp or SMS. The message already has the student's name, the amount and the month in it.

Receipts

Make a receipt for any student and send it on WhatsApp, save it as an image or a PDF, or print it. Put your academy logo, address, phone and GSTIN on it. Choose between three receipt layouts. Fees are grouped month by month.

Attendance

Mark attendance day by day on a calendar, and look back at any date.

Scorecard

Make your own columns for whatever your academy measures. A number for bowling speed or weight, a time for a lap, a rating out of five for fitness, or plain text for a belt grade. Record them for each student.

Tournaments and events

Add an event with a fee and a due date. On the due date the fee appears in each student's pending list.

Expenses

Record what the academy spends, alongside what it earns.

Reports

Monthly and yearly totals for income, expenses and profit, plus student and

attendance summaries.

Backup and restore

Back up everything to your own Google Drive, or save a file on your phone.

Restore it on a new phone and your students, fees, receipts and settings comeback.

WHO IT IS FOR

Cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi, athletics, swimming, martial arts, chess and any other coaching academy that collects a monthly fee and keeps a register.

PERMISSIONS

Storage is used to save receipts and backup files. Google Drive access is only used for the backup folder this app creates, and nothing else in your Drive is read.
