The loan interest rate is determined by comprehensively considering factors such as preferential rates based on investor return and transaction history, and credit costs.

The loan will be executed only after the fundraising is complete, and the estimated loan execution schedule is within 30 days from the start date of fundraising. If investment funds are not raised during the specified period and the Company and the borrower do not enter into a separate agreement, the loan contract will be terminated.

For loan application and screening, consent to credit information inquiry and consent to scraping for income and employment verification are required.

If there are any changes to collateral or credit information while funds are being raised from investors, the loan may be rejected.

Loans may be restricted based on screening criteria established by the Company.

If principal and interest are not repaid by the designated time, you may be obligated to repay the full amount of the remaining principal and interest before maturity, and you may face disadvantages such as registration as a subject for credit information management.
