Because making your daily life easier remains our priority, your Mobile Payment solution is evolving to offer you a smoother and more secure experience for paying for your in-store purchases with a single tap, regardless of the amount (2).

Activating the Crédit Agricole Mobile Payment Service

To take advantage of contactless payment in stores with your mobile, simply activate the service directly from your MA BANQUE app. This feature is available for all your cards issued by Crédit Agricole.

Contactless Payment in Stores

To make a contactless payment in stores, open the app and click the "Pay" button on the app's home screen. Then, simply authenticate using your smartphone's unlock method and hold your phone near the merchant's payment terminal. You will receive an immediate notification confirming your payment.

You can also use the payment shortcut created in the app when you activated the service or in your settings.

The security of your transactions is guaranteed: validate your purchases in seconds using biometrics, facial recognition, or your password, depending on the unlocking method used on your mobile device.

(1) Offer subject to conditions and reserved for adult holders of a deposit account, a bank card (excluding private label cards) issued by Crédit Agricole linked to said account, and access to Crédit Agricole's online banking service. Use of the mobile payment service in stores requires specific registration, as well as an eligible smartphone and a verified phone number.

(2) Within the limits applicable to your card as specified in your payment card agreement. Mobile payment in stores is a solution linked to your bank card and benefits from the same conditions.

(3) “Available only to owners of Android smartphones with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for proximity payments at merchants accepting (i) the category and brand of your eligible card and (ii) contactless payment with an NFC-enabled terminal. Please note that certain payment limits may apply depending on the country you are in.”
