[How to use]

Please have your Gunma Bank savings account number ready, download the app, and enter the necessary information according to the on-screen instructions. Once registration is complete, you can start using it immediately. There is no need to fill out an application form or affix a seal. Please note that in order to use the Gungin app, you must register for a Gungin ID.

To use the Gungin app, you must meet all of the following conditions.

・You must be an individual customer residing in Japan.

・Have a Gunma Bank savings account

・A cash card (excluding proxy cards) must be issued.

・Gunma Bank must have your date of birth, address, and phone number.

・Have an email address that can receive emails from Gunma Bank
