Manage your electricity and gas supplies in a simple and fast way: check your bills, communicate self-reading, activate various services such as web bill, direct debit, start a request, pay any estimate or invoice and follow its progress and discover the news of the Acea con Te loyalty program.

HOW TO ACCESS:

• If you are a customer registered in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, use the same email and password to access the application.

• If you are not yet registered in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, you can do so directly from the MyAcea Energia App or from the website https://my.acea.it/energia/registrazione

We remind you that to use all the features available on the App, you must first associate the electricity and/or gas supplies to your profile.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE APP:

• Web bill: to receive your bill directly in your email inbox for free, on the day it is issued, eliminating the paper copy and making an ecological choice

• Direct debit service: to activate or modify the debit of your bills directly to your current account for free

• Consumption and readings: to view the trend of your consumption and consult the history of your meter readings

• Invoices and payments: to always have your bills under control, know their status and be able to pay those due by credit card

• Request new operations and monitor progress: for example, you can change the power or voltage, proceed with the payment of the estimate or the related invoice and follow the progress until the end of the activity.

• Lumi Chatbot: for any doubts or needs you can ask Lumi, our digital assistant available 24/7, to get immediate answers to frequently asked questions about your electricity and gas supplies, bills and Acea Energia services.
