■ letter

You can send fan letters to artists anytime, anywhere (sending letters requires the purchase of additional points).

There are various templates for letters, depending on the text, the number of images that can be sent, and the file format.

Please choose according to your feelings, such as birthday celebrations, impressions of live performances, daily gratitude.

■ Talk

If you follow the artist's talk (subscribe if you pay a monthly fee), you will receive a message that is a bit different from SNS and can only be seen here.

It is also possible to reply to the received message (additional points are required to send a reply).

■ Album

Images, videos, and voices sent by message can be viewed together.

If you press and hold the message, you can register it to "favorites",

It is also possible to view only those registered in "Favorites" across artists in "My Album".

■ Thanks gift

If you spend a certain amount of points in your reply/letter within the period specified for each artist, you will receive a thank you gift.

It will be a valuable gift that can only be seen here, so use your points to get it.

◎Regarding talk subscriptions (charging)

In the case of monthly paid talk (SP talk), by subscribing

Text, photos, videos, audio, etc. will be delivered irregularly.

・Price: Varies by artist.

"Your Apple ID will be charged."

・ Period: 1 month (starting from the application date) / Monthly automatic renewal

・It will be a regular subscription that will be automatically renewed every month from the start of subscription.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel your subscription by the renewal date.

If you wish to cancel, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

・How to confirm and cancel your subscription

You can do this from the screen below.

1. "Settings" → Tap the Apple ID (username) displayed at the top of the screen

*If you are not signed in, please sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, etc. as necessary.

2. Tap "Subscription"

If continuing: The next "update date" will be displayed in the "Valid" column

If you wish to cancel, please tap the individual artist name and tap according to the indication "Cancel subscription".

If you cancel: "Expiration date" is displayed in the "Valid" column.

When terminated: The date of termination will be displayed in the "Termination" column.

Paid points: Points purchased by customers

Free points: Points specially granted by the B4ND office in campaigns, etc.
