Kwanngern is a personal loan service app for users residing in Thailand only, provided by CHOKNGERN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., which operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance of Thailand.

This service is available to users in Thailand who are 18 years of age or older, have a valid Thai phone number, a bank account in their own name, and can provide the necessary information for identity verification and loan approval.

Kwanngern prioritizes transparency of loan information. Users can review their loan amount, repayment period, interest rate, fees, payment amount, and due date before confirming their application to help them make informed financial decisions and plan their finances.

Loan Product Information:

Loan Amount: 1,000 – 50,000 THB

Repayment Period: 91 – 365 days

Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Up to 36%

Fees: No upfront fees before loan approval. Related charges will be displayed in the app before confirming the application.

Calculation Example:

If you borrow 10,000 baht for 91 days at an interest rate of 36% per annum:

Estimated interest:

10,000 x 36% x 91 / 365 = 897.53 baht

Estimated total repayment:

10,000 + 897.53 = 10,897.53 baht

Actual repayment amount may vary depending on the loan amount, duration, assessment results, and conditions displayed in the app before the user confirms the loan application.

User information will only be used for registration, identity verification, loan application assessment, fraud prevention, service provision, and contact related to the account or loan transaction. Data management is in accordance with the privacy policy and personal data protection principles under Thailand's PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
