Press Track

Press Track is a simple, offline manager for printing presses and copy shops.

Record every print job — type, quantity, size, paper and finish, colour mode,

due date and advance — then move each job from the order book through the press

to ready-for-pickup. No account, no sign-up, and no internet connection

required. Everything is saved privately on your own device.

Add an order with the customer and the job spec, the date it's due, the price

and any advance taken. Press Track works out the balance automatically and

keeps a clear status for every job.

The In Press screen shows exactly what's on the press now and what's queued

next, sorted by the date each job is due, so nothing slips. When a job is

finished, one tap marks it ready; the Ready screen lists everything waiting for

pickup along with the balance still to collect. When the customer arrives, mark

it delivered.

The Reports screen turns your order book into clear numbers: total order value,

how much you've collected versus what's still owed, order and piece counts,

revenue by month and revenue by job type — so you can see your busiest work at

a glance.
