Scontrino Rapido Elettronico

Scontrino Rapido is the cheapest, simplest to use and portable solution that allows you to issue commercial documents in compliance with the law via your Android smartphone, replacing the old cash register or the now retired tax receipts.

From 1 January 2021 receipts and tax receipts have definitively been replaced by a single "commercial document", also called an electronic receipt, which can only be issued using a telematic recorder (RT) or a web procedure made available by the Revenue Agency through the Entratel – Fisconline services.

In addition to traders, the interested parties include those who previously issued tax receipts (artisans, hotels, restaurants, street vendors, taxi drivers, NCC, etc.)

Rapid Receipt allows you to interface directly with the Entratel-Fisconline portal by authenticating yourself with your access credentials (username, password and pin) operating in a secure and encrypted manner.

Rapid receipt allows you to pre-configure account items with recurring services or items to speed up the issuance of the commercial document, or to issue commercial documents with customized descriptions for each document.

It is possible to set the preconfigured account items with differentiated VAT rates for each item, the rate set in the initial configuration phase of the App is proposed by default.

Once the commercial document has been issued, it is sent in real time to the Revenue Agency which validates it by assigning it a transmission number.

Quick receipt does not work if you are offline or, for example, if your FiscoOnLine password has expired. In these cases you have to reissue the document and you can send it when you return to the coverage area or after resetting the FiscoOnLine password.

Remember that you cannot receive payment because the document must be issued at the same time as the payment is collected.

If you issue a commercial document by mistake or make a return to the customer, you can issue a cancellation commercial document with a simple click.

The "Terminal summary" function allows you to consult the totals relating to the commercial documents issued by the single terminal on which the application is installed, in the selected time frame.

The summary summarizes, in addition to the total of the transmissions and cancellations made, also the details relating to the VAT rates.

Through Quick Receipt you can also view the list of the latest documents sent from your VAT number "List of transmissions" (if more than one terminal is used, the list will include the total transmissions), distinguishing them between sales and cancellations. (Fiscoonline currently allows viewing of the latest mailings on a weekly basis if these are less than or equal to 50, if they are higher it will switch to daily viewing with the same criterion).

The customer copy can be printed with any Bluetooth portable printer or sent to the customer in PDF format by sharing it via Mail, WhatsApp or other messaging system on your smartphone.

Our App is already set up for the receipt lottery, it allows the manual entry of the code or the scanning of the barcode held by the customer via the same Smatphone.
