You will be able to record and monitor your meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), the steps taken during the day, the glasses of water drunk and your progress. -From Monday to Friday you will train with Natalia for 30 minutes, with targeted workouts for healthy weight loss;

-6 advanced level 40 minute workouts aimed at toning.

-Meetings with specialists: nutritionist, psychologist, food organizer and osteopath; -Yoga lessons on Saturday mornings of 40 minutes;

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

The INTENSIVE21 app can be downloaded for free while to access the route you need to have a subscription, the duration of which you can select:

⁃ "Monthly" which will give you access to the route for 30 days (1 route)

⁃ "Quarterly" which will give you access to the routes for 90 days (3 routes)

⁃ "Semi-annual" which will give you access to the routes for 180 days (6 routes)

⁃ "Annual" which will give you access to the routes for 365 days (12 routes)

Your paid in-app subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account upon payment confirmation. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once the purchase has been made, there will be no refunds for unused portions of the period. We use HealthKit to let you track your top daily activities and give you personalized advice on how to improve. All information will be evaluated by nutritional doctors.
