With the Mooney app, you can pay bills, fines, and payment slips, car and motorcycle tax, and top up your own or other people's mobile phones.

You can pay your payment notices to the Public Administration with pagoPA*, find our nearest sales outlets, scan in-store payment receipts, and manage your Mooney or VR46 prepaid card.

PAY PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION WITH PAGOPA* Forget long lines! You can pay public administration notices with the pagoPA* logo by scanning the QR code or manually entering your details. Right from your couch!

SNAP AND PAY WITH YOUR PHONE The Mooney app lets you pay for participating services directly with your smartphone's camera, scanning one of the two codes on the payment slips. You can also pay from the app by manually entering the required details. Paying bills (such as electricity, gas, and more), fines, and postal payments is now faster and easier.

PAY YOUR CAR AND MOTORCYCLE TAX With the Mooney app, you can pay your car and motorcycle tax by entering your vehicle's license plate number. Just one tap!

FAST PHONE TOP-UP Top up your mobile phone online directly from the app or generate a QR code to show to the merchant to complete the top-up at the point of sale.

TOP-UP PREPAID CARDS WITH T-RICARICA Mooney has a wealth of features right at your fingertips. Thanks to the T-Ricarica service, you can top up major prepaid cards with an Italian IBAN in real time. T-Ricarica is truly convenient: generate the code on the app, save it on your phone, and show it at your nearest Mooney store to complete the transaction. Top up your prepaid cards in just a few moments, either with cash, credit card, or debit card.

DIGITIZE RECEIPTS Scan the QR code on your paper payment receipt and store it digitally in complete security. You can view it in your payment history and statistics and monitor your spending.

STORE LOCATOR: Find the Mooney store closest to you by entering a specific address or the service you're interested in.

RECEIPTS AND SPENDING STATISTICS: The Mooney app records all your transactions: view payment details from your payment receipts and monitor your spending for each category (e.g., water, electricity, gas, fines) in the "Statistics" section. For an even more comprehensive overview, scan your Mooney store receipts; they'll automatically be added to the "Statistics" section.
