The year is 190. The curtain rises on an age of chaos.

Forty-five houses and more than two thousand officers, each moving after an ambition of their own — a Three Kingdoms strategy game drawn in pixel art. And onto that board, from the far side of a rift, come the beasts.

■ One turn, one month

Grow your castles, feed your troops, take the one next door. Diplomacy, stratagems, even single combat on horseback. Hold every castle under heaven and a new dynasty begins.

■ A house is its people

Officers grow, marry, grow old, and pass the torch to their children. Recruitment, betrayal, and famous men hidden in the countryside — whoever wins the people wins the realm.

■ Beasts and the Otherworld

Beyond the rift you will meet beasts that fight at your side. Hatch eggs at the ranch, raise what comes out, and bring back the Otherworld's magic gear as well.

■ City building and research through the ages

Nineteen kinds of buildings, from military farms, markets and forges to printing houses, factories and research parks. Research the technique and you can raise them ahead of their age.

■ A realm drawn dot by dot

A 2D pixel map running from the central plain to the Korean peninsula and on to the lands of Wa. Step inside a castle and everything you have built is standing there, just as you left it.
