- How do I qualify for a loan?

After successfully registering for the Lumbung Dana app for the first time, please fill in all the loan information, then select the loan service that suits you on the main page of the application, click "apply for loan," confirm your loan details and bank card information. After your application, you will enter the loan review process and then wait for the results of your loan review.

- How do I make a payment?

1: Use a bank card to pay: copy the VA code, open mobile banking or a bank ATM, enter the VA code provided in the app, and transfer the repayment amount using the VA code.

2: Provide the VA code number provided in the app to an Alfamart/Indomaret staff member and transfer the appropriate repayment amount.
