▣ How to use

* Download the app and use it right away without visiting a branch.

- Non-face-to-face service application: After installing SOL Biz, you can sign up and open an account by going through the identity verification and non-face-to-face real name verification process.

▣ Precautions

- Data charges may apply when downloading via 3G, LTE, etc. We recommend downloading over a Wi-Fi network.

- It cannot be used on hacked devices.

- If the certificate cannot be copied, it may be a firewall problem, so please try using a PC in another location.

- If installation is not possible, please check ‘Unknown sources’ in the preferences.

▣ The following access permissions are required to use Shinhan SOL Biz.

Verification of mobile phone status and ID, phone connection to customer center, change of Shinhan Card merchant payment account (Shinhan Card phone consultation), calling phone number from SOHO Success Support Center, calling device information, calling a specific number (customer center, etc.) .

(Required) Storage space

Use the file saving, photo saving, photo recall, and file recall functions by logging in/copying public certificates and downloading certificate documents.

※Required access permission is required to use SOL Biz, and if permission is denied, it may not operate properly.

(Optional) Address book

Use the transfer (import contact information) function to import contacts and phone numbers from the phone Call app or phone book app in Open Banking (ARS) of integrated fund management.

(Select) Camera

The camera function is called and used for simple copying of QR certificate, local tax payment, QR local tax payment, national tax payment, QR national tax payment, non-face-to-face real name authentication (membership registration, product registration, identity verification), and submission of foreign exchange documents.

(Select) Mike

In non-face-to-face real-name authentication video calls, call or use the phone's function or the recording app on the phone.

*The above items can be used with Shinhan Sol Biz service without agreeing to the access rights, but there may be limitations in using some functions.
