EspaiSalut

EspaiSalut is the official App of the Balearic Islands Health Service (IBSalut) that allows citizens to access the main digital health services in a secure, agile and personalized way.

The App offers the same functionalities available on the web portal espaisalut.ibsalut.es, adapted to the mobile experience, so that you can manage your health from anywhere.

Access to personal information or clinical data requires authentication through Cl@ve or equivalent systems, guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality.

Main functionalities:

HEALTH CARD

Consultation of the data registered on the health card.

Viewing the image of the card.

Generation of an identification QR code (Virtual Health Card – TSV), valid for 4 hours, for use in pharmacies and health centers.

Access to the electronic office for requesting, renewing, duplicating or modifying health card data.

HEALTH APPOINTMENTS

Request for an appointment with primary care medicine or nursing.

View past appointments (Primary Care and hospital).

View upcoming appointments.

Cancellation of primary care appointments and request for cancellation of hospital appointments.

The appointment request is made by filtering by professional area and reason for consultation, which allows us to offer the appointment with the professional or service most suitable for each need. Non-urgent appointments available in the next 15 days are displayed, with the option to select the first available one or choose another date on the calendar.

MY DATA

View your official personal data registered in the population database (not editable from the App).

Modify your contact details and communication preferences (telephone, email, language, preferred channels).

CLINICAL HISTORY

Test results: analysis, radiology and other examinations.

Registered allergies and intolerances.

Check the status of waiting lists.

Clinical reports of consultations, hospitalizations, emergencies and other healthcare areas.

Check and download in PDF form of advance directives (if they have been registered)

Access to the Digital Clinical History of the National Health System (HCDSNS) through the Cl@ve gateway.

MEDICATION

Medication sheet with active treatments.

Monthly dispensing calendar to know when you can withdraw medications.

Information on anticoagulant treatment (if applicable)

Percentage of pharmaceutical contribution assigned.

Location of pharmacies and consultation of pharmacies on duty through a link to COFIB.

PROCEDURES

Check the history of requests and procedures made in EspaiSalut

Request to change primary care medical or nursing professional.

EspaiSalut also offers information of health interest, news and campaigns aimed at citizens as well as access to help content to facilitate the use of the platform.
