[When using the portal app]

- If you do not have an account, please open one using this app.

・When registering your ID, you will be authenticated using your account information and cash card PIN.

・If you have an account at the same branch as your registered account, you can use the same ID to make transactions.

・To open an account or make some transactions such as transfers, you will need to register for Trust Idiom (personal authentication service) in advance to enhance security.

*Trust Idiom is a personal authentication service that links the personal authentication information registered on the portal app and your terminal device.

・If you wish to suspend or cancel your use of the service, please register for suspension or cancellation on our bank's website. *This can also be done from a computer, etc.

・Smartphone-based passbook without issuing a passbook! The account will be opened.
