The Waldfleisch app once again gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy sustainable, tasty and healthy meat from the forest: directly from the local hunter!

Forest meat was funded through an innovation funding program of the Federal Ministry of Economics (EXIST) and supported by the German Hunting Association, the Lower Saxony State Hunting Association and many other state hunting associations.

The innovative app closes the gap between hunters and buyers and brings game from the countryside to people in the cities. No matter whether from Brandenburg to Berlin, or from Schleswig-Holstein to Hamburg: thanks to the modern game meat marketplace, everyone has access to high-quality game. Shop and over 400 delicious game recipes in one app!

There is no meat that combines more benefits than the meat of wild animals from the region's forests. Their freedom of movement and natural diet result in incomparably tasty and healthy meat. Game meat is rich in protein, low in fat and has a high proportion of important omega-3 fatty acids.

However, due to its sustainable production, it has been very difficult for most private households to obtain venison products.

The Waldfleisch app makes exactly that possible: Hunters can quickly enter their products into the Waldfleisch app and consumers can see at any time which products are currently available in the local area.

Regardless of whether it's roast meat, venison sausages, grilled steaks or Mettwurst: the products, which are often made by regional butchers, can be ordered directly from Jäger and will be picked up or delivered at an agreed date.

In addition, hunters from the region can be subscribed to so that you are immediately informed via push notification when the subscribed hunter offers fresh game meat.

Direct marketing of venison is made enormously easier for the hunter! Every hunter receives a personal link that takes the consumer directly to the personal “Wild Shop”.

All order communication takes place via the app.

The app provides documentation of all sold and available products.

The hunter has full control over which products he wants to reserve for his regular customers and which products are available for purchase to all consumers in the region.

Receipts and labels can be printed directly from the app.

With just a few clicks you can share a list of available products, for example via email, WhatsApp or Facebook.
