Cleo can help you keep a dedicated MS log. Record your moods, symptoms, physical activity, and any other tracking data that you can personalize to keep a history.

You can also connect the Health Connect app to record your daily step count and distances covered. You can share this health data with your doctor or medical team using the downloadable report feature. Cleo also allows you to set reminders for your treatments and medical appointments.

EXERCISE AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS

You can access various video-based exercise and wellness programs developed by healthcare professionals specializing in the functional rehabilitation of MS patients. You can choose from several intensity levels based on your abilities and comfort level.
