In this app, we offer online sessions with:

-- Recorded sessions – for you to relax anytime, including at bedtime.

-- Live sessions – which enhance your therapeutic results. There are several time options each week. Check the weekly schedule to plan accordingly.

Subscribe to this option to obtain better therapeutic results, with access to live sessions and all recorded sessions, which can be downloaded to listen offline, even in airplane mode.

What you'll find in the Basic Room:

In this room you have access to recorded LYT sessions, which can be downloaded for offline listening, including in airplane mode. Subscribe to this option if you just want to relax, as the most therapeutic part is in the live sessions.

What you'll find in the Free Room:

In this room, access is limited to one recorded LYT session, to try it out and start relaxing. However, you do not have access to the more therapeutic part, which are the live sessions, nor the option to download recorded sessions for offline listening.

Subscription details:

• The subscription is automatically renewed unless you cancel the plan before the scheduled billing date by going to Settings → Cancel Current Subscription.

• Payments made will not be refunded in case of cancellation during the subscription period.
