Portal Pacient SJD

The Patient Portal is the web platform and mobile application of the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, created to facilitate communication between families and the hospital. Through your preferred device, easily manage daily activities at the hospital, update contact information, consult and request changes to the information of patients linked to your profile.

Additionally, you will have access to the following features:

- Online Registration: Online Registration: Manage the information of several patients from a single access. The registration process is done completely online.

- Appointments: In each patient's section, you will be able to see the scheduled appointments with the options to modify, cancel or confirm them. You can also request new appointments from this same section (only for services not covered by the public health system).

- Reports: In this section, it is possible to download and share the available reports, as well as request new ones.

- Emergencies: Before going to the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, check the estimated waiting time in the Emergency Room.

- eConsult: If the healthcare professional has authorized access, you can make e-consultations. This system allows you to communicate directly with the medical team of the specific service.
