CHECK ANYTIME HOW BUSY WE ARE AT ANY LOCATION

The app shows you exactly how busy the WAX IN THE CITY studios are. Your nearest studio will be displayed on the very top. Plus, you can also select your favorite studio to be displayed on top of the list.

Easy online check-in: select your favorite waxing treatment and use our app to book your next free slot in the studio of your choice – during our opening hours – whenever it suits you best.

AS LITTLE WAIT AS POSSIBLE

Once you have checked in via the app, a confirmation is sent to you promptly. We ask you to arrive at the studio within the given time. Your treatment will begin after minimum wait time. Since previous waxings may in some cases be shorter or longer than planned, the indicated wait times may vary. However, they are updated every minute.

Loyalty pays off! Collect valuable points on your smart bonus card for each treatment or when you buy a product. Use the Q-APP to perfectly keep track of your bonus points. Clicking in your personal waxing history displays the kind of treatment you had before and when you had it, as well as your recent purchases. Bonus points are collected in all our studios and all currencies across Europe – and can then be redeemed for free waxings.
