If you have not yet used the My AXA Mobile App or the My AXA Portal (www.myaxa.de), you can simply register via SMS.

If you already use My AXA, you can log in directly to the app with your username and password. You need your activation code for the first login. To do this, please use the activation code by post that you received as part of your registration, as this is permanently valid. If you no longer have the code, you can request a new one directly in the app via SMS.
